Online Nutrition Coaching
Our primary service is online nutrition coaching. We run the program in 12 week cycles, after which you can continue for another 12 weeks if you wish or carry on on your own. The full program is long term focused and habit based; the full term of which is 12 months. Every day, clients get a lesson and a nutrition or lifestyle habit to practice. They can either read the daily lesson or listen to it like a podcast. We’ll practice a new nutrition habit every two weeks, with every lesson designed to help you get results. These habits are based on the client, their goals, their weaknesses and lifestyle. The coach will asses the client upon sign up and determine which habit works best at the time, and progress from there.
There is no "one size fit all" diet, because everyone is different. We do not write meal plans because we have found them to be ineffective in the long term. We want to teach you how to be an expert in your OWN NUTRITION.

How it Works:
Each habit will be catered to the individual. Some will be placed earlier in the program and some later, all based on YOU. Your schedule, you food preference, your current habits and more.

Nutrition Talks or Seminars
We offer nutrition talks or seminars that cover the basics of good nutrition as well as discuss common myths associated with the field. We briefly outline how to start eating well, and how to overcome initial challenges in staying consistent. This can be ideal for work places , department health weeks or health initiatives.
