6 Week Snatch Cycle
The focus of this program is to improve basic snatch technique through drilling of proper positions in the snatch. Big focus on hip extension and pulling under the bar. Day 1 and 2 will be technique and drill focused and day 3 will have a bit more loading and volume.
Week 1-3 is about creating a base line and slightly increasing weight. Week 4 will have a slight drop in weight (But heavier than week 2) before progressively overloading and retesting in week 6.
